Florida Mom JAILED for HOA Violations

First: Florida HOA Boards unfortunately won a massive victory with the defeat of bill HB 983 this year. This bill would of rained in the out of control power these HOA (Home Owners Associations) Boards have, and given it back to the homeowners.

HB 983 had support from both Democrats and Republicans but silently died in committee. Why? More than likely it was from pressure from Lobbyists.
